Hiring Now: Training Assistant

The training assistant will be responsible for scheduling new affiliated agencies
training’s on Applied Systems EPIC including workflows, support and servicing utilizing
webinar training tools. The training assistant will assist the IS trainer on Live trainings,
day to day training support and assist the Vice President of Education on various tasks.
To qualify for this role, you should have at least 2 years’ experience as a CSR,
Customer Service Representative in the Insurance industry. You will need to have
excellent communication skills, organizational skills. Also, self-motivated, adaptable to
changing situations and has a strong ability to prioritize. Candidate must be highly
organized and capable of adhering to deadlines while working on multiple, diverse
tasks. Experience with Applied Systems EPIC is a plus. Go to Training/Meeting or
WebEx experience a plus but not necessary.
Responsibilities:
• Scheduling workflow trainings for a new agent in the pipeline
• Training new agencies by introducing the management system
• Training new agencies on how to utilize best practices, workflows in the
management system
• Daily Training email support
• Daily Training phone calls support
• Assisting the IS Trainer on developing workflows and tips
• Assisting the VP of Education

Candidate will have to have at least 2 years’ experience as an Insurance CSR
Customer Service Representative, Excellent organizational skills, written and oral
communication skills, practical abilities in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and
PowerPoint) and the internet. Also, self-motivated, adaptable to changing situations and
has a strong ability to prioritize. Candidate must be highly organized and capable of
adhering to deadlines while working on multiple, diverse tasks. Applied Systems TAM or
EPIC experience. Go to Training/Meeting or Webex experience a plus but not
necessary. Digital and Social Media experience a plus but not necessary.
