Business Development Rep

The Agent Support Network of America (ASNOA) is an independent insurance agency
network that helps agencies grow their business. ASNOA offers direct carrier access,
industry specific training, marketing support, business automation, cutting-edge
technology and devoted customer service. ASNOA serves a diverse group of agencies
big and small selling all types of insurance, primarily personal and commercial lines
across the United States. We aim to provide the resources, assistance and right carrier
mix so agents have the look and feel of a million-dollar revenue agency from day one.

The Business Development Representative will act as the liaison between our
Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by
contacting and developing relationships with potential affiliate prospects.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads
from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication
skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until a deal has
been closed. After the deal is closed our agency service and training department will
take over!

Rep will play a vital role in this growth. As a result, we are looking for someone who is
motivated, team-orientated and results-driven, has a passion for what they do and the
ambition to grow within the company by taking sales through the roof.
Responsibilities:
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
• Present our company to potential clients
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Work with Sales Team to customize sales approach
• Utilize Social Media Channels to develop leads
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Team
• Report to the CSO on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Expectations:
• Successfully develop cold and warm leads into hot leads
• Experience with insurance sales (preferably)
