Agency Services Coordinator

The Agency Services Coordinator will administer all aspects of the on-boarding process
with new affiliates, and continue to serve as their main source of contact up to and after
agency contract signing. This role will range from initial carrier submissions, to other
functions/duties currently residing with a Principal Agency Partner (PAP) in states where
partnerships do exist.
To be successful in this role, you will use your communication skills to cultivate strong
relationships with carrier personnel (licensing and Sales), on-boarded affiliates, and
their agency staff. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team

• Make initial contact with new affiliate once commitment to organization has been
• Review necessary items for contracting/ensure that affiliate candidates are on
track with projected start date.
• Once necessary items are attained – Make initial submissions to carriers,
gleaning necessary/pertinent information from CRM.
• Solicit and answer specific inquiries from carriers in response to all new affiliate
appointment requests
• Coordinate Carrier specific training for new affiliates
• Act as liaison for affiliates and ASNOA Services, LLC employees
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of affiliate on-boarding through contract
• Manage all aspects of the onboarding process for all new affiliates entering
ASNOA network in Non-PAP states.
